Use Mind-Maps to Help your Memory

We should use mind maps more often. This is an effective way to support our brain to retain information relevant to us. It also makes it a lot easier to share that information with others.

You can use a simple pen or pencil and a plain white paper. Or search for an electronic tool of your liking. There is a big variety of apps, online and desktop tools that you can choose from.
